Fruit section. Squeeze out the juice that remains after removing the fruit. Lay the fruit on its side. Cut away a section of the peel and pith cutting down from the top to the cutting surface.
Peaches should be on your anti cancer grocery list especially the cultivar rich lady which is common in the average produce section. Working your way around carefully cut between the membrane in each section and lift out each. Be sure to remove enough peel to reveal the fruit this first cut will serve as your guide for the rest of the peeling.
