Section 2 Article 1
A representative must be at least 25 years old have been a citizen of the united states for at least seven years and must live in the state from which he or she is chosen.
Section 2 article 1. No person shall be a representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty five years and been seven years a citizen of the united states and who shall not when elected. In case of the removal of the president from office or of his death resignation or inability to discharge the powers and duties of the said office the same shall devolve on the vice president and the congress may by law provide for the case of removal death resignation or inability both of the president and vice president declaring what officer shall then act as president and such officer shall act accordingly until the disability be removed or a president shall be elected. Article i section 2 specifies that the house of representatives be composed of members who are chosen every two years by the people of the states.

The house of representatives shall be composed of members chosen every second year by the people of the several states and the electors in each state shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the state legislature.
There are only three qualifications. Article 1 section 2 of the united states constitution. Article i section 2 imposed just three qualifications for members of the house.
