Section 335

Section 335. 169 the following health professions are designated as a critically short wartime specialty under subsection a 2 of such section. 335 voluntarily causing grievous hurt on provocation. Whenever in subdivision one of this section a lessor is given the power to sell the contents of a safe deposit box such power shall be deemed to include the power to sell any bonds stock certificates. Whoever voluntarily causes grievous hurt on grave and sudden provocation if he neither intends nor knows himself to be likely to cause grievous hurt to any person other than the person who gave the provocation shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to four.
