90 23 amends section 552 of title 5 united states code to reflect public law 89 487. 552a records maintained on individuals. In subsection a 1 a the words employees and in the case of a uniformed service the member are substituted for officer to retain the coverage of public law 89 487 and to conform to the definitions in 5 u s c.
